Our personal trainers make sure you exercise in the right healthy way and will assist you during your training sessions giving you the right dose of motivation ……they will keep you going and you will enjoy your training! Regular sessions will help: overcome physical discomfort, improve flexibility, strength and stamina, reduce risk of disease, improve immunity, help to prevent injury, attain ideal weight and body-fat levels, manage stress and basically understand how the exercise smartly.

Every FiT Customized Exercise Routine client undergoes a comprehensive fitness Evaluation to assess their current fitness level. Testing begins with detailed Body Composition analysis including Body Fat % and breakdown of your total body weight into lean body and fat weights.

Cardio Vascular Endurance is tested using a standardized 12-minute walk/run test (alternate tests are available in case of physical limitations).

Muscular strength is assessed for both upper and lower body to accurately calculate your strength levels and detect imbalances if any. Imbalances in strength often result in postural imbalances. These imbalances can be corrected through a customized fitness program.

Muscular Endurance and Flexibility is also tested to accommodate for the demands of the individuals lifestyle and work environment. All these clients receive a complete report of the fitness Evaluation which can then be used as a baseline for later comparison to gauge if the exercise program is having the desired effect. In addition to this they are also provided with a customized exercise routine and 30-days free Personal Training with one of our Certified Trainers. In case of physical limitations or uncertainties, our clients can rely on our associated physiotherapists and doctors who work closely together with our personal trainers. A thorough Health History Screening is done before the commencement of the exercise testing and prescription.
